Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Contact our support team via email or phone within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your System

  Carefully pack the product in its original heavy-duty packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective foam to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship to MAINGEAR

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location for secure transport to our facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, our technicians will inspect the hardware for original condition, after which your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
